Truck and Trailer Guide
Ox Bodies is formally introducing its new Trail Ox series of steel end dump trailers. The Trail Ox family of trailers is well-suited for a range of applications from sand-to-large aggregates, to riprap and asphalt, according to the manufacturer.
Designed for long-term reliability and profitability, the product line comes in full and quarter-frame versions with three body styles in square bottom “L”, elliptical “U” and a “J” body, which is a cross between the “U” and “L”. Trailers feature widths of 96 and 102 in. (244 and 259 cm), side heights of 36 to 66 in. (91 to 167 cm), lengths of 22 to 36 ft. (6.7 to 11 m) and capacities from 11.4 to 51.2 cu. yds. (8.7 to 39 cu m). All trailers have a continuous seam-welded design that reduces debris collection and water-related body and chassis corrosion. In addition to a wide range of high-end features, numerous product-enhancing upgrades also are available.
