Stellar Industries is set to make its debut at bauma 2025.

As part of its commitment to expand international partnerships and deliver innovative solutions worldwide, Stellar will be showcasing the TM16160/28000 large OTR tire service truck — equipped with the heavy-duty, high-capacity Stellar 110P Two-Stage Air Compressor — at booth FN/922/9.

"We're excited to exhibit at bauma for the first time and showcase how Stellar's advanced service equipment supports the global construction and mining industries," said Dave Zrostlik, president of Stellar. "As we continue expanding internationally, this show is a valuable opportunity to connect with Stellar customers and partners to better understand their needs and ensure we're delivering the best solutions for their operations."

Designed to Keep Customers' Operations Running

At the heart of Stellar's bauma exhibit is the TM16160/28000 large OTR tire service truck. This truck features a 20-ft. body for transporting off-the-road (OTR) tires, along with storage compartments for tools and accessories.

The rear-mounted TM16160/28000 tire manipulator provides exceptional handling capability with +80 degrees to -24 degrees articulation, 315 degrees rotation and a clamping width of up to 158 in. Engineered for versatility, the manipulator's continuous rotating pads and parallelogram design allow it to service tire and rim combinations up to 16,500 lbs. while accommodating smaller tires down to 40 in. in diameter, according to Stellar.

To support demanding construction and mining applications, the tire truck is equipped with the Stellar 110P Two-Stage Air Compressor — a hydraulic-driven, air-cooled system delivering 3,110 L per minute (110 CFM) at 12 bar (175 psi). This high-capacity compressor ensures operators have the air power needed for tire inflation, impact wrenches and other critical service tools on-site.

In addition, the TM16160/28000 features Stellar's modified A-frame stabilizer system, which combines the reliability of traditional stabilizers with the adaptability of out-and-down outriggers. This design enhances stability across different worksite conditions, making it an ideal solution for operations on uneven terrain, according to Stellar.

"With a history of manufacturing industry-leading service equipment, Stellar is dedicated to delivering quality equipment that keeps industries running worldwide," said Stellar. "Our participation in bauma 2025 underscores our commitment to strengthening global partnerships and providing durable, high-performance solutions for international markets."

"As the industry evolves, staying ahead of technological advancements is crucial," said Zrostlik. "Traveling to shows like bauma also allows us to see what's coming in global truck design — whether it's advancements in emissions technology, new power sources or innovative design improvements. Just as previous generations of Stellar leadership learned from these international shows, we continue that tradition to ensure our products remain best in class."

"Prior to the existence of Stellar, my dad, Francis Zrostlik, attended bauma to learn about the cutting-edge technology shaping the construction industry worldwide," added Zrostlik. "He understood that innovation doesn't happen in isolation — you have to get out and see what's possible. Now, more than 30 years later, it's incredibly meaningful to bring Stellar to the same stage where he once stood as a curious entrepreneur. It's an honor to showcase the company he built, and we remain committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible, just as he did."

"A company that doesn't continuously evolve will eventually fall behind," said Zrostlik. "bauma presents an opportunity for us to learn from our customers, refine our products to meet their needs and continue leading in our markets."
