Volvo Delivers Electric Trucks With Fossil-Free Steel to Customers →

Volvo has begun using fossil-free steel in its trucks. The first electric trucks with fossil-free steel are now being delivered to customers. In September this year, Volvo Trucks started series production of heavy-duty electric, 44 tonne (Gross Combination Weight) trucks, as the first global truck manufacturer to achieve this. Felling Trailers' Pan 'Gravity' Tilt Trailers Receive Design Modifications →

The Felling Trailers' drop-deck Pan Tilt model has undergone design modifications to increase operator ease of use and safety. The Pan Tilt is a gravity tilt trailer, using gravity and a center pivot point for tilting the trailer bed. Felling's Engineering team recently reviewed the Pan Tilt's design looking for ways to improve operator ease of use along with production efficiencies. The Felling Trailers' utility cable reel "R" series model lines have undergone design modifications to increase operator safety and ease of use. When Carl Johnson founded City Dray Line (now named Johnson Feed Inc.) in 1920, the Prohibition era had just begun, Warren G. Harding was elected U.S. president and car production was starting to ramp up to meet the demands of middle-class Americans. The trucking industry as we know it today was in its infancy, with most major truck manufacturers not yet established.
