A copy of both will be kept on file.**<br>**A fuel Surcharge of $10.00 per gallon will be assessed if machine is not returned full**<br>**Cleaning Charges of $75.00 per hour will be assessed at the end of rental if the machine is not returned clean**<br>**Customer is responsible for any and all damages occurring during the rental period. Units are inspected before and after rental.
